Where do you hold yourself back?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for June 16, 2009:
I could not support beliefs or causes that I really am passionate (or what are the good causes) about without feeling the heat or at the end knowing that there will be consquences afterwards. It could be because as one gets older, one realizes that there are always consequences to what you do.
